Step 1: Fill out our Simple Lease Purchase Application. It will ask you some basic questions about your qualifications and about the the home you are looking for. This will allow us to review your situation to better understand what we can do to assist you in becoming a homeowner and finding the home of your dreams! Step 2: We will review your application and work within our network of sellers (including unlisted homes) to find potential matches that will work for you financially, geographically, and meet your dream home requirements.
Step 3: You and the Seller will enter into a Lease Purchase contract. This contract will specify the following terms:
Down Payment (or Deposit or Option Fee)
Monthly Lease Payment
Renewals and/or extension terms
Step 4: You move into your dream home!
Step 5: You work on repairing credit and any other mortgage qualification issues while you live in your new home.
Step 6: You complete the contract by refinancing the home with a mortgage lender.
